Refund policy
30-Day Warranty & Returns
We want you to love your Hollyflake set. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hollyflakeofficial@gmail.com with your order number and a photo, and we will send a free replacement or give you a full refund.
Changed your mind?
You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Contact us first and we will send you the return instructions. Once we receive and check the return, we refund the item price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer.
If you are in the UK or EU, this does not affect your statutory rights, including your right to cancel within 14 days of delivery.
Extended Christmas Warranty
If you added the Extended Christmas Warranty, your set is covered for 12 months from delivery. If anything stops working, message us with your order number and a photo and we will send a free replacement.
Shipping Protection
If you added Shipping Protection (£2.99) at checkout and your parcel is lost, arrives damaged, or shows as delivered but was stolen, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number (and a photo for damage) and we will send a free replacement.
